Native American Apprenticeship

The NECA-IBEW team continues to find new ways to expand their membership base to those seeking a meaningful career. They're fast-tracking a small group of Native Americans into a pilot program, an electrical pre-apprenticeship class.

Typically, these men and women struggle to find the kind of work that a career as an electrician can offer. 

The group just finished up a rigorous 6-week program and now begins the hard work toward becoming an IBEW Electrician, and may be one day own their own contracting business... they'll use their skills to better their communities and their lives.
