His organization is one that must do the job right, the first time.  The members of the IBEW need to guarantee to their customers that their attitudes and efforts are matched only by their skill set.

The IBEW Code of Excellence was the first of its kind in the construction industry - a move which many other crafts have followed recently.

The Code stands for everything an owner - a purchaser of IBEW labor - deserves.
