New on ElectricTV:

Fargo Theatre

Change isn't a word small towns like all that much.  They don't want to; they feel they don't need to...

But recently, when the Fargo Theatre's 1930s-era Marquee was in financial trouble, the town was faced with the possibility that it may never light up again.  A huge change that no one wanted, especially the NECA-IBEW team made up of Fargo citizens.

Arguably the most important and indelible landmark in town, residents say they cannot imagine what Fargo would look like if the sign wasn't lit up at night.  Neither could IBEW Local 1429 and the Dakota's Chapter of The National Electrical Contractors Association, so they cut a $2,000 check to keep the lights on for good.

You could say it helped preserve the charm and mystique of Fargo - but to the electricians and their contractors, it was the least they could do as concerned members of their community.
