IBEW outside apprenticeship programs are now more efficient than ever before - thanks to a new tool called Blended Learning. Cengage Learning engineered a new on-line apprenticeship workshop where students can take tests, quizzes and complete homework assignments. Then when they attend class, more time can be spent out of the classroom - in the field with hands on training, the cornerstone of the NECA-IBEW team's apprenticeship program.
