This was a very interesting story. You never think that the blades have to be tested before installation, but it surely makes sense.
The conduit runs were perfect and it is a testament to the quality of craftsmanship from Local 103. It was certainly an eye catcher.
Congratulations to the NECA contractor and members of Local 103.

Wind Turbine Testing Facility
Turbine Blades, whether spinning or not, are under tremendous stress. To make sure that they can last the standard 20-year life, blades are tested in Massachusetts at the Clean Energy Center.
