I liked the utilities giving rebate checks to the school district to save 50% on thier lighting bills.

But why isn't electrictv.net doing more to make this avaible to all over the U.S.? Thousands of out work union brothers and sisters could be working.

With the school in the video, they use the money saved to build new schools. And put more union electricians to work.
